Bob Lohner: Graduate of Central Catholic HS, BBA from the University of Toledo in 1975, Realtor license 1978, Broker 1984, CRS 1993, ABR 1997, Life Member Million Dollar Club, and an industry sales leader for 28 years with a long list of sales awards.
Interests include bicycling, golf, tennis and youth sports. Past chairman of and committee member of numerous city, school and civic organizations. U.S. Army and Vietnam Veteran.
Pat Lohner: Former Administrative Assistant to the President of Toledo's second largest bank for over 15 years. Also was the Executive Director of the Sylvania Chamber of Commerce for 10 years.
Pat is extremely organized and very well respected. In her spare time she's involved with many volunteer organizations, enjoys walks in the woods and watching our daughter play tennis.
Family: Daughter Kate, an honor student in high school and state tennis doubles champion, played 4 years of collegiate tennis and graduated cum laude from Xavier University this spring. She lives and works in Cincinnati. Our golden retriever Taffy knows nothing about the real estate business, but she's dedicated to her family and loves people.
Our philosophy: "Real Estate is a very rewarding business and we are very serious about our work." (For example, in addition to our business car we have a custom conversion van that works wonderfully for the times entire families want to look at homes.) We've helped some wonderful people and families over the years and are looking forward to helping many more. For us it's not how much business you do, but rather how you go about conducting your business that really matters."
